Take the fork pivot shaft (Stage 33) and
insert it into the circled hole in the right
frame half.

Place the brake rod joint over the rear
brake spindle (shaded).

Push the shaft all the way through
the hole.

Clip the joint into the spindle.

Remove the chain cover from
the swingarm.

Hold the swingarm against the frame
and push the shaft all the way through.
