• Wear anSi-approved safety goggles with side shields.
Other people in the work area must also wear ANSI-approved impact safety goggles with side shields.
• Release the trigger.
• Detach the air supply.
• attempt to fire the tool into a piece of scrap wood to ensure that it
is disconnected and is incapable of firing any fasteners.
1. Insert the Fasteners into the opening in the
Rear Cover and into the Magazine, letting the heads
of the Fasteners ride in the Magazine T-Slot until they
are past the Stop (small spring inside Magazine).
General Operating instructions
1. Before each use, test the tool as
directed in the prior section.
2. If an automatic oiler is not used, add a few
drops of Pneumatic Tool Oil to the airline
connection before use. Add a few drops
more after each hour of continual use.

tool applies extreme force to fastener,
and fasteners may deflect or fire in an
unexpected direction.
3. Attach the Nailer to the air supply at the Air Inlet.
Start your compressor and check the pressure
making sure it is set at the recommended 60-100
PSI and not to go over the maximum 100 PSI.
4. Rotate the Air Deflector so that the exhaust air
blast will be directed away from the operator.
5. To fire, place the Safety Nosepiece of the Nailer
on the workpiece. With the Trigger, nails can
only be driven one way. First, depress the
Safety Nosepiece against the workpiece. Then,
pull the Trigger. The Nailer should not fire if the
Safety Nosepiece is not depressed. This feature
is helpful when precise fastener placement is
required. Also, it may reduce the possibility of
injury to you or to others working with you.

2. Pull the Pusher to the rear of the Magazine, and
release it to apply pressure on the Fasteners.
6. Do not press the Safety Nosepiece against
the work surface with extra force. Allow
the tool to do the work. Always allow the
tool to recoil off the work surface.
7. If the tool requires more force to accomplish
the task, verify that the tool receives sufficient,
unobstructed airflow (CFM) and increase the
pressure (PSI) output of the regulator up to the
maximum air pressure rating of this tool.

Do not exceed the tool's
maximum air pressure rating.
If the tool still does not have sufficient force
at maximum pressure and sufficient airflow,
then a larger tool may be required.
8. after use, to prevent accidents:
a. Release the trigger.
b. Detach the air supply.
c. attempt to fire the tool into a piece of scrap
wood to ensure that it is disconnected
