1. Press the red OFF switch
2. Turn the knob

press the green ON switch
Alternate shredding fresh, soft cuttings with dry branches.
The suitability of the shredder for cutting garden waste which is
soft and contains large amounts of sap (e.g. pomaceous fruit, wet
plant waste) is limited. This material should be composted straight
away.
When shredding thick branches, only apply slight pressure to
prevent blocking the shredder.
Danger ! Risk of injury !
V When carrying out maintenance work, always switch
off the motor, wait for the cutting blades to stop moving,
unplug the mains plug, and wear protective gloves.
V To avoid injury to persons and property, never clean
your shredder under running water, in particular not
with water under high pressure.

1. Remove dirt and shredded material using a soft brush or cloth

2. Spray the cutting blades with a bio-degradable oil (water hazard
class 0) to protect them against corrosion.
