a. Attach the left Pedal (49) to the left Pedal support tube (5) with E [ Bolts M8x50 (70), Flat

washers Φ8 (86), and Lock nuts M8 (82)]. Do the above same steps to assemble the right

Pedal (50) to the right Pedal support tube (6). (See figure 5)

b. Take away C [Wave washer Φ20 (54)] from blister faced package to the bracket comes

from running disc (37), insert the left Pedal support tube (5) with Rear U-shape bracket (4) into

the left pedal axis. Then take away D [Plastic flat washer Φ10 (56), big washerΦ10 (88),

Spring washer Φ10 (93), hexagonal Bolt M10x20 (66) ] to lock one by one, and finally put the

Hex nut cap (43) as shown on figure 5. Do the above same steps to assemble the right Pedal

support tube (6) to the Right pedal axis. (See figure 6)

6. Install the Handlebar Support (Right & Left)

a. Take away A (Handlebar support assembly hardware) from blister faced package, Take

from A to A1 and A2 [plastic washer Φ8 (96), big washerΦ8 (89), spring washer Φ8 (92),

hexagonal bolt M8x16 (68) ] carefully. And take out A3, A4 [wave washerΦ20 (54)].

b. Insert the A5 [handlebar support axis (29) ] into the front upright frame (7), put A3 on left

side of A5 and put left handlebar support (8) to A5 and secure with A1, and finally put M8 Hex

nut cap (42) as shown on figure 7 (see figure 7). Do the above same steps to assemble right

handlebar support (9).

c. Take out Flat washerΦ10(85), big flat washerΦ10 (88), Nylon locknut M10 (83) from the

U-shape bracket(13),then attached left pedal support tube(5)to U-shape bracket (13) and

tighten as show on figure 8. And finally put M10 Hex nut cap (43). Do the above same steps to

assemble right pedal support tube (6).
