corresponds respectively to Monday-Sunday), h1h1is the start hour (2 digits, 00-23), W2
stands for what day is the end time of weekend ( 1 digit, 1-7 corresponds respectively to
Monday-Sunday), h2h2is the end hour (2 digits, 00-24).
