STROKES: Average number of strokes per length during the

STROKE TYPE: Stroke type during the interval or last length.
SWOLF: Swolf score is the sum of the time for one length plus
the number of strokes for that length

Inverting the Display of the Training Pages
The default appearance of the training pages is black on white
while swimming and white on black (inverted) while paused.

• Select SWIMMING to invert the screen colors when the
