While creating or editing a trip, any via point can be changed to
a shaping point and any shaping point can be changed into a via
point.

Sharing Trips
You can share trips with compatible Garmin devices using
Bluetooth wireless technology.

Place your device within 33 ft. (10 m) of a compatible Garmin
device.

Creating a Round-Trip Route
The device can create a round-trip route using a specified
starting location and a distance, duration, or destination.

From the home screen, select Apps > Round Trip.

• Select Choose a Distance to plan your route by distance.
• Select Choose a Duration to plan your route based on

Tracks
A track is a recording of your path. The track log contains
information about the recorded path, including time, location,
and elevation information.
Viewing and Saving Track Information

Select Apps > Tracks > Active.

• To view all track segments, select All Segments.
• To view a specific track segment, select a segment.
The track is displayed on the map.

Clearing Your Travel History
The device records your travel history so you can reference
previous tracks and trips. You can clear your travel history at
any time.
Select Settings > Device > Clear Travel History.
TracBack
®
Following Your Recent Track
The TracBack feature records the most recent segment of your
movement. You can retrace your recent track back to a previous
location.

Select Apps > TracBack.
Your recent track appears on the map.
