Press on the atbed cover handle and carefully lift up until the
cover stays open so that you can access the glass surface.
Wipe the glass surface with a clean cloth moistened with V1 cleaner
Allow the glass surface to dry for a few minutes
Gently close the atbed cover and resume scanner operation
Using a Cleaning Sheet to Clean the ADF Components
Leave the scanner connected to the power outlet.
Let the glass surface cool a few minutes if the scanner has been in
operation recently
Moisten a cleaning sheet with V1 cleaner and feed it through the scanner
