Replace the Sprayhead

Position the O-ring into the top of the ball joint.

Position the sprayhead and clamp onto the ball joint.

Insert a 1/4" hex wrench into the ball joint.

Turn counterclockwise to tighten.

Verify the sprayhead is tightened down all the way to the ball joint.

Replace the Spray Membrane

Place the spray membrane over the sprayhead with the KOHLER logo

aligned with one of the setscrew holes on the sprayhead.

Press the spray membrane seal into the sprayhead groove by applying

pressure evenly. This will ensure optimum performance.

Place the spray face over the sprayhead, aligning the setscrew holes with

the setscrew in the sprayhead.

Use a 5/64" hex wrench and turn each of the three setscrews

counterclockwise, backing them out, until they are flush with the surface

of the spray face.

IMPORTANT! The setscrews must be flush with the edge of the spray face

surface. If the setscrews protrude outside of the spray face frame, product

damage will occur.
