Billi OmniOne Plus 9

If you have installed a Billi OmniOne Plus 9, you will enjoy the benefit of instant hot water from your Billi plus sink mixer tap. When delivering

hot water, the OmniOne Plus draws boiling water from the internal storage tank and pre-mixes it with cold water, to deliver hot water to the

mixer tap.

If delivery capacity of the system is exceeded, hot water will run cold with bubbling being evident. At this point there is still extra boiling

water available for delivery from the OmniOne dispenser. Recovery is rapid and additional hot water will be available after a short period of

time.

Installation instructions for your Billi plus sink mixer tap are provided with the tap.

Service Support

Your Billi OmniOne incorporates a fault detection and diagnosis system. Should a fault occur, a message will be displayed on the Main Status

Bar describing the fault. Pressing the HELP button will advise you of any checks that can be performed.

If a service call needs to be logged, note the message displayed and report this when booking the call. This will assist the technician in

coming prepared to rectify the problem.

The QR code displayed on screen and within this guide opens Billi's Support page on our website where additional information can be

sourced including online service bookings.
