Log In Screen
Once you launch the TechLink program, the login
screen shown right will display. Enter your

password (last four of your social security number)
in the appropriate fields. Press the
continue.
Work Order List Screen
After you log in, the Work Order screen shown below
left will load and display a list of work orders assigned
to you. The work orders shown in the example are for

resets.
From this screen, you can access additional information
about a work order by first tapping the area where the
work order is listed which will change the area to
yellow when it's selected. Next, click the
option listed at the bottom of the screen.

provide a list of items
you can press and
access additional
information, such as
matrix codes, manifest
comments and store
address information.
