6. Remove batteries when product is not expected to be used for an extended period of time;

7. Follow battery installation instructions provided in this manual;

8. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair product.

9. Do not submerse device in liquid or expose to direct sunlight for a long period.

BEFORE INTITIAL USE:

1. Cold sterilize all accessories before and after each use especially probes.

2. Wash hands before using the accessories.

3. Ensure waterproof seal is intact each time.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PARENTS:

1. Wash hands before using product.

2. Keep baby's head upright during operation and to allow air to flow through.

3. Soften nasal secretion with a few drops of saline solution before operation.

4. Make sure the baby's mouth is open during operation so air could drift through nostril.

5. To avoid infections:

a) Do not kiss sick or suspected sick babies;

b) Do not kiss a baby when you are sick;

c) Keep sick babies from contacting other children or adults;

d) Do not cross use baby's personal items with others.
