Remove the print heads from their protective cases.

Insert the print heads.

Insert the photo print head into the left carriage opening, and a colour print head
into the right carriage opening.

Be careful not to damage the print heads. If any of them is damaged, the printer
may not work properly.
Lower the print head latch.

Lower the latch until it clicks into the latched position.
