RAS output is a CLOSE state when
the SW and the system is ON. When
the SW is OFF, it is the opposite. The
RAS Output keeps Normal OPEN
when the Soft OFF state occurs or the
power turns OFF.
The front USB port is available
when the SW is ON. It is
unavailable when the SW is OFF.
