WARNING
Danger due to lightning strikes
When installing the lightning protector, make sure that the enclosure
is grounded.
The lightning protector should either be positioned at the location where
the cable enters the building (alter-natively the control enclosure) or
close to the device being protected.
The lightning protector must be connected to protective ground over the
shortest possible path. The tightening torque at the N connector is 1.7
Nm.
If the lightning protector is subjected to extreme environmental condi-
tions (temperatures below freezing point or polluted atmospheres), you
should cover the lightning protector with self-vulcanizing adhesive tape
or a shrink tube.
