Specifying "Envelope" with color controller driver

To specify "Envelope" as a print paper with color controller, follow the below procedure.

(1) Select the [Finishing] tab and specify [Output delivery:] as [Face up - normal order].

(2) Open the [Media] tab, and select the envelope registered as custom paper from Paper

Catalog.

Caution:

• For manual selection, specify [Paper type], [Paper weight] and [Paper size] according to the

envelope.

• If the desired print position cannot be set, use [Shift mode] in the [Finishing] tab. Enter numer-

ical values in the direction you want to move the print position (by-axis).

Setting guide for envelope to tray

RICOH Pro C9200 series has a guide to adjust the height when a printed paper is output. Set

the guide to the tray when printing on envelopes.

(1) Press the Power button near the tray. When the tray starts to move down, wait for a few

seconds until it stops.

When pressing the power button near the tray, the button lights up in orange.

(2) Attach the support tray by inserting the two protrusions on its underside of support tray

into the holes on the finisher shift tray.
