Step 7
Take Pulse plug wire
(pt.29) and put it through
the hole of Front post
(pt.12), then insert the
Plug (pt.36) into the hole
of Front post (pt.12).
Connect the Pulse plug
wire (pt.29) to the Pulse
sensor wire on computer
(pt37) and join the Upper
sensor wire (pt.15) with
Computer sensor wire
(pt.38), then slide the
Computer (pt.31) onto the
Computer bracket and
then fixing with 2 x M5
Fixed screw (pt.28).
You can adjust the
tension by turning control
knob by "+" for more
resistance or "-" for less
during training.
Workout Area
The free area must be at
least 0.6m greater than
the training area.
This is a space where you
can safely dismount,
without obstruction, in
case of an emergency.
Where two pieces of
equipment are positioned
adjacent to each other the
free area may be shared.
