Serial ATA II Connectors: SATA1 & SATA2

SATA1~SATA2 are high-speed SATA interface ports. Each supports data rates of

150 MB/s and is fully compliant with Serial ATA specifications. Each Serial ATA con-

nector can connect to 1 hard disk device.

Important

Please do not fold the Serial ATA cable into 90-degree angle. Otherwise,

data loss may occur during transmission.

This connector connects to a 2-pin chassis switch. If the chassis is opened, the

switch will be short. The system will record this status and show a warning mes-

sage on the screen. To clear the warning, you must enter the BIOS utility and clear the

record.
