NOTE:

if howling {a high-pitched sound) occurs,

decrease

the

microphone level, separate the microphone farther from the

Speaker(s}, or lower the sound volume of the TV.

{if using a

stereo amplifier, lower the amplifier's sound volume.}

Load a disc.

As shown in the following diagram, place the disc on

the disc table in the groove corresponding to the size of

the disc.

Always place the disc correctly according to the required

disc size on the disc table.

With CDs, CDV discs, and

single-sided LDs, place the

disc with the label side up.

For two-sided LDs, place

the disc with desired side's

label up.

To avoid malfunctions, be especially careful about the

following points.

Do not place any object other than a disc on the disc table.

Do not move the player while a disc is playing.

This will

cause the disc to be scratched.

Precautions concerning disc loading

Do not place more than one disc on the disc table.

if two

discs are placed one on top of the other on the disc table,

discs may be scratched and/or malfunction may occur.

@ With this unit, playback of all types of CD Video discs is

carried out without the use of adapters. Therefore, do not

use any type of adaptor with this unit.

@ With CDs, CDV discs, and single-sided LDs, always be

sure to. load discs with the label side facing upward.
