Third-Party Toners — Reliability Test
Report," SpencerLAB determined
the following:

toner cartridges did not exhibit any
print quality defects throughout reli-
ability testing. Prints from third-party
toner cartridges had print-quality
defects that would render the prints
unusable — defects such as ghosting,
streaking, banding, text distortion,
excess toner, excessively dark color
and very low Black density."
