■Key sensor unit adjustment
In the case of YC1, YF101, U1, YUS1, U3, YUS3, YUS5 and SU7 pianos.
[Standard]
Adjust the gap between the bottom surface of a black key
located near the sensor bracket and the upper surface of the
key sensor unit to 3.0mm to 5.0mm when depressing the
black key to the lowest point, and the gap between the
keyboard and Key sensor rail so that it is parallel, also when
depressing the black key to the lowest point. (Fig.9.)
[Procedure]
Adjust the number of KS spacers to make a gap of
appropriate size. When you remove or add a KS spacer,
removing the Key sensor bracket from the KS block is
required.
Adjustment spots : Sensor brackets: 4
Adjustment hint: 2 each (Fig.10.11)
・To narrow a gap : Add KS spacer(s)
・To increase a gap : Remove KS spacer(s)

In the case of P116, P121 and M type pianos.
[Standard]
Adjust the gap between the bottom surface of a black key
located near the sensor bracket and the upper surface of the
key sensor unit to 3.0mm to 5.0mm when depressing the
black key to the lowest point, and the gap between the
keyboard and Key sensor rail so that it is parallel, also when
depressing the black key to the lowest point. (Fig.12)
[Procedure]
Adjust from the upside of the keyboard with 2 adjustment
screws to make a gap of appropriate size.
Adjustment spots : Sensor brackets: 4
Adjustment screws: 2 each (Fig.12)
■Pedal sensor unit adjustment
[Damper pedal detection position adjustment]
Damper pedal detection position adjustment shall be done with registering Half point position in the
Damper Pedal Calibration mode. Please refer to 5. Calibration Mode (Page 12).
[Soft peal sensor detection position adjustment]
Shift / Sosutenuto pedal sensor detection position adjustment shall be done with the test mode
buzzer sounding positions. Please refer to 6. Test Mode (Page 15).
In the case of Sostenuto Model piano.
