INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE & MAINTENANCE

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS



It is recommended that all handling and transport of the containers should be carried out by qualified personnel.



It is recommended that controls and responsibilities should be established at each step of the process.

HANDLING



To ensure that the container is assembled correctly, fit the lid securely

onto the sleeve. If it is not securely fitted, the stack of containers could

lose stability.

Once the lid is fitted, always slide the catches into the locked position. If

they are not locked, the lid could become detached and the stack could

lose stability, resulting in an accident.

Ensure that the catches on the lid match up with their respective slots in

the walls. If they do not, the lid will not be securely closed and the upper

rim of the wall could break.



The lid has hooks on which it can be hung while the container is being

loaded or unloaded. They should be used whenever possible. This helps

to prevent lids from getting lost or broken and it keeps the warehouse

more organised.

When the flap needs to be opened for loading or unloading the

container, make sure that it is properly secured using the Velcro or

magnetic fasteners. Once the operation is completed, make sure that

the flap is returned to its closed position and fastened in place. Using the

container when the flap is not properly closed could result in damage to

the operator and/or container.
