Swivel assembly

Model dependent step
36 Install and seat back-up washer (41) and
seal (42) [heel end first] onto body and
stud assembly (40) [model 7340].
Install and seat seal (38) [heel end first]
onto body and stud assembly (37)
[model 7341].
37 Screw swivel assembly (36 or 39) into
the shaft.
37.1 Tighten the swivel assembly
securely.
38 Check to ensure the swivel assembly
moves freely.

Bench Test

While facing the ratchet, turn the reel in a
clockwise direction and allow the ratchet to
latch the pawl.
If the reel does not tension or latch prop-
erly, refer to the
Troubleshooting chart, page 12.
