7. Trouble shooting

If you encounter problems when using this unit, check the following points

before requesting service.

Problem

No Power

The Player does not

respond to the remote

control

Date and Time are

wrong

Confirm that you have an appropriate

power source

Check the cable from the mains adapter

is connected properly to USB port

Switch power button on top of the player

to turn on the power

Point the remote control towards the

remote receiver.

Make sure the signal from the remote

control to the receiver on the player is not

blocked by solid objects.

Re-insert
