Identify and Separate all the Parts and Hardware.

Turn metal base (P-1) upside down and lay flat on
floor.
3.)
Attach both locking (C) and non-locking (D) casters
using 16 screws (B) and Allen Wrench (E) as shown
in illustration #1.
