• Volume is too low

• No audio files have been copied

to the internal memory

• The earphones have not been

connected correctly

• Volume is too high

Solution(s)

• Connect to a PC or laptop using the

supplied cable to charge .

• Increase the volume

• Follow 'Connecting to a PC'

instructions on page 4 of this manual

• Insert the 3 . 5 mm earphone plug into

the earphone socket on the MP3

player

• Reduce the volume
