Air input control unit Advanced Air: replace the air filter element and the O-rings of
the air filter.
Air input control unit Advanced Air: check air pressure at the manometer and, if
necessary, set to a stream of 0,57 MPa by means of a pressure regulator (with
Advanced AIR turbine)
Water input control unit: replace the water filter, biofilter and the O-rings of the
water filter.
Water input control unit: check water pressure at the manometer and, if necessary,
set to a stream of 2,5 to 3 bar by means of a pressure regulator
5. Water Separation Unit (WSU)
Visual leak test.
Replace the inlet and outlet of the non-return valve on the dispensing cylinder.
Clean the glass bowl and cover of the storage tank, disinfect it and replace the
biofilter.
Replace the water inlet tube for the storage tank.
Fill up with DK-DOX 150 chlorine dioxide solution.
Check the function, especially the suction of chlorine dioxide into the dispensing
Cylinder and the dosing from the dosing dispensing cylinder to the mixing tank.
Check water quality by means of the chlorine dioxide concentration. Quick test by
means of test strips.
