Troubleshooting

Problem
The blue operating light is
not lit
Little or no steam escaping
although there is enough
water in the tank
The unit cannot be
switched on after cleaning
Abnormal smell
Too little steam emission
Abnormal noises
White dust settles near the
unit
Possible cause
No power supply
Dirt prevents the water
from seeping in or the float
from switching over.
After cleaning, the steam
shaft was not fixed properly

Solution
Check the mains plug
Disconnect the unit from
the power supply and clean
it thoroughly.
Open the lid and fasten all
appliance parts firmly and
neatly
Remove the water tank,
open the lid and leave the
tank in a cool place for
approx. 12 hrs.
Clean the water tank and
then fill it with fresh and
clean water
Clean all components incl.
the evaporator and the
water vapour unit.
Clean the water tank and
then fill it with fresh water
Fill up the water tank
Ensure that the humidifier
stands securely
Use soft (distilled) water to
fill the appliance !
