1. Vacuum pump particular oil
Vacuum pump oil applies differently upon the types of vacuum pump and the ambient temperature.
1) Classification upon our company 's order standard
Ambient temperature : 0~12℃ (winter season)

- Our company use 'TELLUS' oil of SHELL.
2. Replacement period of vacuum pump oil
A bad oil will be easily out by the air in exhaust and viscosity and steam pressure are easily changed
causing an overload of the pump and lowering the degree of a vacuum.
3. The expected replacement period of vacuum pump oil
① lab, experimental vacuum system, small vacuum system, etc : within 6 month ~ 1 year
② Production vacuum system, vacuum disposition equipment, etc : within 3 month ~ 6 month
③ Pipe inlet Exhaust system, large disposition system, etc : within 3 month
④ Heat treatment, metallurgy vacuum system, metal dissolution, etc : within 1 month
⑤ Vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum forming, vacuum packing : within 1 month
⑥ Low vacuum drying, pug mill, food packing machine, etc : within 1 week
The above replacement period is estimated, so please replace upon contamination.
