PROCEDURE
This section covers the conversion of a Model 9640 ATM
to a Model 9600 ATM. This procedure includes a list of
all tools and hardware necessary for the conversion as
well as the exact steps involved. Before proceeding, follow
these steps to remove power from the ATM:
1. Unlock and open the ATM control panel.
2. Turn the power switch to the OFF (0) position. If
possible, turn power off at the utility panel or circuit
breaker that supplies power to the unit.
3. Finally, unplug the ATM power cord at the wall outlet.
INSTALL BILL TRAY
1. Remove the bolts that secure the existing bill chute
assembly from the security cabinet door.

Remove four bolts and then remove the
9640 bill chute assembly.

2. Insert the new bill tray (03015-00046) into the slot in
the door. Secure the tray using the four included bolts
(02302-00005) and washers (02309-00016).
