TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM:

Folder will not start

Paper will not feed

Improper stacking

Skewed folds

POSSIBLE CAUSE:

Machine not plugged into an

active wall outlet

Speed control not turned on

Fuse blown

Fold plate not inserted

Paper guides too tight

Stacking wheels improperly set

Excessive side play between

paper guides and paper edges

Paper not square

Infeed table not square

SOLUTION:

Plug machine into an active outlet

Turn speed control on

Replace blown fuse

Insert fold plate

Adjust the paper guides so a single

sheet of paper slides freely between

the guides without excessive play

Realign the stacker wheels

Adjust paper guides and skew adjust

Readjust the paper in the infeed tray

Adjust table by turning the skew ad-

just knob back and fourth until skew

is eliminated
