To connect a two-jack cable to the rear of the monitor, follow these

steps:

When you finish connecting your monitor according to the instruc-

tions, follow these simple steps:

1 . T u r n o n t h e m o n i t o r b y p u s h i n g d o w n t h e p o w e r s w i t c h . T h e

P O W E R I N D I C A T O R L I G H T o n t h e f r o n t o f t h e m o n i t o r s h o w s

y o u w h e n t h e p o w e r i s o n . A l w a y s t u r n o n t h e m o n i t o r B E F O R E

you turn on the computer.

Later, when you're ready to turn the power off, just press the

power button again. The button will pop back up and the power

l i g h t w i l l g o o u t .

2 . T u r n o n y o u r p e r s o n a l c o m p u t e r . Y o u c a n t e l l t h a t b o t h t h e

monitor and the computer are working correctly when. the moni-

tor displays a massage like this one, which appears when you're

using a Commodore 1802:
