Before you call customer service, use this table to check whether you can rectify the fault yourself.

Humidity in the room is high.
The appliance was often opened and closed.
Food with lots of moisture is stored in the appliance.

The refrigerator compartment temperature controller has been set to
cold for a long time.
Food starts to freeze even though the refrigerator compartment tem-
perature controller is set to eco.
Odours develop in the appliance.
Food is not wrapped up.

Preventing noises

Appliance is not level: Align appliance using a spirit level. If
required, place a little packing underneath.
Containers, shelves or storage compartments wobble or stick:
Check the removable fittings and re-insert if required.
Bottles or receptacles are touching each other: Move bottles or
receptacles away from each other.
There are pipes in the appliance which become warm to prevent
condensation.
Use a damp cloth to wipe off the frost.
Use a dry cloth to wipe off the condensation.
Wrap up food.
Set the refrigerator compartment temperature controller to eco.
This can occur when the ambient temperature is too low, as the
appliance cools more because of this.
Wrap up odour-forming food.
