1. INTRODUCTION

This operating and maintenance manual refers to the 3420000 piston pump

This operation and maintenance manual contains important information for the health and safety protection of the personnel

who intends to use this equipment.

This manual must be read carefully and kept so that it is always available to the operators who want to consult it.

The 3420000 piston pump is particularly suited for applications that require single-point lubrication such a reducers, guides,

chains, etc. It can also be used in applications that require maintenance of constant pressure lubrication.

The 3420000 is a piston pump with inverse operation or when the piston is operated, suction during the pressurization phase is

secured by a spring located inside of the cylinder.

The pumping operation is performed by means of a cam or by another device making up part of the machine, on which the

pump is installed. Therefore, it is important that installation is performed in such a way that the course of planned project

operation is respected with regard to function.
