Operating Instruction
MICRO TORCH

Please read the following operational information thoroughly before using the MICRO TORCH.
Ignition & Extinguishing
⚫
Release the safety lock by placing the switch to "ON" position.
⚫
The air intake port must be in open position
where the port may be seeing through.
⚫
Press the trigger to ignite the MICRO TORCH.
⚫
For a Constant Flame:
Before releasing the ignition button,
Move the Continuous/Off Switch to left.
⚫
To turn the torch off, move the Continuous/Off Switch to right.
This will cut off the gas supply and extinguish the flame.
Flame adjustment
⚫
Move the gas volume control lever toward "+"
position to increase the flame strength or "-"
position to decrease the flame strength.
⚫
Rotate the air intake port to change the flame setting.
Reflilling gas
⚫
Upon initial use the torch may require on charge/
discharge cycles before achieving maximum capacity.
⚫
WARNINGS: Avoid flames and sparks when
discharging the gas from the unit.
⚫
WARNINGS: Make sure the fire is fully extinguished.
⚫
Refill in a well ventilated area.
⚫
Refill with Triple Refined Butane Gas only.
⚫
Place the torch in an upside down position.
⚫
Insert the nozzle of the butane canister
into the torch refilling valve.
⚫
Press down the canister until the gas starts to overflow.

WARNINGS / SAFETY HINTS
Read the instruction carefully before using the torch. Do not use
water to cool down the torch; it will damage the product. Keep
away from children. Please don´t operate the torch when you
find damage or a gas leak. Close the taps, valves, adjustment
knobs of the torch before making any connection or refilling.
Do not put an ignited torch down. Assembly and adjustment
made in the factory should not be modified. It would be danger-
ous to try to modify, repair or dismantle the adjustment or the
construction of the torch. Be careful not to heat the refill con-
tainers or the refillable gas tank or burn them. Do not work in
an enclosed space; maintain good ventilation. Work only in a
clean place, far from combustible or greased materials. Wear
eye-protection equipment. Allow the appliance to cool down
and be extinguished before storing. Store and transport the
containers upright.
Do not point the flame toward any person. Warning! The flame
is not easily visible in the sun. After use the safety lock should be
engaged. Do not throw the appliance or the container into a
fire. Always wear protective gloves and use proper tools to han-
dle hot items. Always have a fire extinguisher and a bucket of
water near the torch and work area. Never attempt to modify
the torch construction and never use unapproved fuels.
Treat the torch as you would treat any fine tool or instrument.
Do not drop or otherwise abuse it. Do not store in temperature
over 40° C, such as in a car during heat.
