The candles are intended to be used for decorating areas in-

doors and outdoors.

•

The articles are for personal use only and are not intended for

commercial applications.

•

The articles should only be used as described in these instruc-

tions. Any other use is deemed to be improper. Store the in-

structions in a safe place.

•

The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects

caused by improper handling, damage or unauthorised at-

tempts at repair. This also applies to normal wear and tear.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

The articles are not a toy. Do not leave children and animals

unsupervised with the articles in order to avoid injuries!

■

WARNING – Danger of Suffocation! Keep the packaging

material and small components of the article well away from

children and animals.

WARNING – Danger of Burns from Battery Acid! Batteries

can be deadly if swallowed. Therefore keep batteries and the

article out of the reach of children and animals. If a battery is

swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately.

CAUTION – Danger of Burns from Battery Acid! If the bat-

teries leak, avoid physical contact with the battery acid. Wear

protective gloves if necessary. If you touch battery acid, rinse

the affected area with abundant fresh water immediately and

contact a doctor as soon as possible.

Protect the articles from naked ﬂ ames and impacts.

■

Never immerse the articles in water or other liquids! They are

only protected against splashing.

■

During extreme weather conditions (e.g. storm, hail) or if the

articles will not be used for a long time, switch off the articles

and store them in a dry place.

■

Do not take apart the articles. Have any repairs done only by a

specialist workshop or the customer service department. The

LEDs cannot be replaced.

■

Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts are

clean and clean them if necessary.

■

Use only the battery type speciﬁ ed in the "Technical Data".

■

Always replace all batteries together. Do not use batteries of

different types or brands, or batteries with different capacities.
