Set parameters.

In SETTINGS mode, you can setup based on personal
preference.
SWITCHING: Fast/Slow/O , control the 2 Rx switch rate, fast
is default.
OSD: ON/OFF, Enable/Disable OSD info.
SHOW RSSI: 6 types of OSD RSSI style overlay on the screen.
LBR: Left Bar.
CBR: Center Bar.
LDG: Left Digit.
CDG: Center Digit.
FS SWITCH: ON/OFF.
ALL BANDS: ON/OFF, if on, all 72CH is available, of OFF, only
40CH works( A B E F R band).
FAN: ON/OFF, control the fan on and o .
