Possible Cause
Power plug is not connected
Water tank is full
Water tank is not positioned correctly
Runtime is too short
Room temperature or room humidity is
too low
Filter could be dirty
Air Inlets and/or Outlets could be
blocked
Room is too big and/or well
ventilated.
Temperature in the room is too low
causing less dehumidification.
Set humidity in the unit is higher than
the room humidity
The dried air is passed over the
heating coils before it is blown into
the room as a part of the
dehumidifying process. This is
normal.
The display shows the room's
humidity level and not the set
humidity
There is residual water in tank, and
the unit is lurched too
much by moving.
The air filter is blocked, or the device
is on an uneven surface.
This is likely due to the room
temperature being outside the
operating temperature range of the
unit
This is likely due to the low
temperature in the room

Resolution
Plug the unit to the wall socket properly and
switch ON.
Empty the water tank
Adjust the water tank so that it is positioned
correctly.
Run the dehumidifier for some more time
In these conditions, the device will not dehumidify
properly.
Clean the filter and try again. Refer to Filter
Cleaning instructions.
Clear the Air Inlets/Outlets and try again.
Make sure that the room is within the
operating parameters of the device and if
needed, close off the cross-ventilation in the
room to improve the dehumidification.
Raise the temperature of the room by closing
off ventilation and heating up, if needed using
non-steam producing heating appliances.
Set the humidity lower than room humidity
This is normal. No action needed.
Press the up or down arrow button once to see
the set humidity.
Be careful when the tank moved.
Clean the filter/ put the device on a flat
surface.
The unit will resume functioning when the
room temperature returns to the operating
range.
At low temperatures, the unit will dry the
clothes slowly.
