Getting Started
Power On/Off
Hold both buttons for 3 seconds. The
CFX+ will vibrate when turned on/off.
Menu Screen
The Options to select on the screen are as
follows:
Start ( Select this option to enter the
heating screen and start the session)
Temperature Units (C°/F°)
Session Time: (2 minutes, 4 minutes, 6
minutes, 8 minutes)
