BULB LIFE & REPLACEMENT
CAUTION: UV Lamps contain mercury - manage in accordance with your local disposal laws. A lamp breaking
is extremely unlikely to have any impact on your health. If a lamp breaks, ventilate the room for 30 minutes and
remove the parts, preferably with gloves. Put them in a sealed plastic bag and take it to your local waste
facilities for recycling. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.
For maximum efficiency, change bulbs when one no longer works or more than 6,000 hours.
With your unit unplugged from
an electrical outlet, open the
door.
Wearing cotton gloves, rotate the old
bulb counter clockwise to release it
from the lamp socket. Install new bulb
by placing into lamp socket and rotating
clockwise until you hear a click.

Remove the thumbscrews from the left
side and pull the upper, middle & lower
shelves out.
Plug the unit back into an electrical
outlet and reset the Bulb Use Hours
counter by pressing "Bulb Use" for 6
seconds. Then, enter "0 - 3 - 1 - 4"
when prompted.
