CHANGING OVEN PARAMETERS - continued
NOTE: pressing the DOWN switch until the
display goes past zero (0) will be negative
values, and will be indicated by a lighted
COLON.
1. Press the "ENTER" switch to store the new Offset.
NOTE: The Offset is used as a means to
calibrate the probe temperature to agree
with the temperature in the center of the
oven. The factory setting for Offset is 30.
CONTROLLER RESET
In rare situations, such as a lightening strike near the
restaurant, the computer may lose its program, or
become "locked up". If this should happen, press the
RESET switch to reset the computer, or turn the power
to the oven off and back on. Resetting the computer
re-synchronizes its program flow.
