WEARING the 3SIXT Heart Rate Monitor Strap

Go to Device Settings
•
General
•
Bluetooth
Toggle Bluetooth to ON position.
Thoroughly wet both conductive pads on the strap
with water.
Snap one end of the Strap to either end of the Sensor.
Wrap the other end of
the Strap around your
back and snap the free
end to the free side of
the Sensor, making
sure the logo is facing
up and out. Readjust
underneath chest area
as high as possible.
