•
Position the door into the installed door frame ensuring a 5mm gap around each side of
the door frame.

Drill a hole in the
120x120 post to
allow shootbolt
to fully lock.

Fix 1x GAZ-PT15351756 as shown in the diagram,
using 4x 35mm screws.
•
Ensure the trim is flush with the internal edge of the
outer door frame and spaced 15mm from the bottom
face of the front panels.

Fix the shootbolt as shown, using 2x 15mm screws and 4x 35mm screws.
•
A hole will need to be drilled into the 120x120 post deep enough to allow the
shootbolt to fully lock.
•
Ensure the shootbolt is secured to the central frame timbers of the CPSS7 door
panel.

Fix the hinges to the GAZ-PT15351756 trim and the
CPSS7 door panel using 6x 35mm screws, 2x M6x
60mm Coach bolts, 2x M6 Washers and 2x M6 nuts
per hinge as shown below.
•
Ensure hinges are in line with the frame of the door panel
when fixing.
