This play system is intended for family domestic use and to be used for outdoor use only. This toy is suitable for

children aged between 3-14 years and up to a maximum weight of 50kg per child and a maximum of 3 children at any time.

Please ensure that you follow the instructions carefully.

Pre-drill all screw holes with a 3mm drill bit.

If the pre-drilled bolt holes are a slightly tight, use a hammer to knock them through. Component parts are listed on the

previous pages and referred to in the instructions by their component name. Adult assembly is required.

Warning! Not suitable for children under 36 months. Children under this age may fall off and not be

able to sufficiently support themselves.

Warning! Do not position the fort over concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface or near to any

water hazards.

Warning! It is recommended that you place the Fort on a level surface at least 2m from any structure

or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines or

electrical wires.

Warning! Do not overtighten nuts and screws as this may cause them to shear and potentially cause

structural failure.

Warning! Do not modify your play system as this may adversely affect its function and will also void

your warranty.

Warning! Only to be used under adult supervision.

Please note: Component (C40239A) has a preassembled metal Dunster House logo which

may need to be unscrewed and repositioned on site if has been fixed upside down.

Pre-drill all screw holes with a 3mm drill bit.

Assembly Instructions for Monkey Bars

Warnings

Lay the items on the ground first and position the components before

fixing. Make sure that C40239A are both the correct way around and

that the grooves on the rungs are facing the same direction as depicted.

Fix components together using 4x50mm countersunk screws. Drive

them through (as shown in Figure 1) from the top and bottom of the

side parts (C40239A) into the rungs.

When pre-drilling, do not drill through the rungs.
