5. Repeat that for the remaining sections, adding 2 more central sections to the

configuration and the remaining ramp section, (see Fig 1.5).

6. Now, insert the side rails. Lift the side rails and use the locating slots to secure

them in place (see Fig 1.6). There should be 3 down each side of the unit.

1. Once installation is complete, large vehicles and machinery (that do not

exceed the capacity of the Wheel Wash) can be driven down the length

of the Wheel Wash System, as considered safe by the site-specific risk

assessment.

2. As the vehicle proceeds down the ramp mud will be shaken off and will fall

through the drive-over sections onto the ground.

3. If the build-up of mud and waste starts to cause the system to be ineffective,

lift the sections out of the way and clear away the waste using an excavator

or suitable machinery.
