Anwendungsbeispiel 1365-5-2:
•
Das Kniefutter wird an der optionalen
Klebestation mit dem Oberstoff fixiert.
•
Die Schrittnaht wird am ersten Nähkopf
positioniert und der Nähvorgang beginnt
automatisch.
•
Das Nähgut wird automatisch geführt,
genäht und zum zweiten Nähkopf trans-
portiert. Die Seitennaht wird automa-
tisch versäubert, und das Nähgut wird
abgestapelt.
•
Das Versäubern der Hinterhosenteile
erfolgt in gleicher Weise (ohne Knie-
futter).

Example of application 1365-5-2:
•
The knee lining is fused with the upper
fabric by means of the adhesive tacker
(optional).
•
The trousers inseam is positioned at
the first sewing head and the sewing
operation starts automatically.
•
The fabric is automatically guided and
sewn, and then transported to the
second sewing head. The side seam
is automatically serged, and the fabric
is stacked.
•
The rear parts of the trousers are ser-
ged in the same way (without knee
lining).

Exemple d'application 1365-5-2:
•
A la station de collage (en option), la
doublure du genou est fixée au tissu.
•
L'opérateur présente la couture d'en-
trejambes contre la tête de couture 1 et
le procédé de couture démarre
automatiquement.
•
L'unité guide la matière, la coud et la
transporte automatiquement jusqu' à
la tête de couture 2. Elle surfile automa-
tiquement la couture latérale et empile
la matière.
•
Le surfilage du dos du pantalon se
déroule de la même manière (sans
doublure au genou).
