• For reasons of safety and licensing (CE) it is not allowed to alter

respectively modify the product.

• The appliance may only be operated with the enclosed power

pack. Do not attempt to operate the appliance with other power

sources.

• Never plug in or unplug the appliance with wet hands.

• Never tug on the power chord, use the plug to unplug it from the

wall socket.

• If you do not use the appliance for a longer period of time, unplug

it from the wall outlet.

• Always unplug the appliance from the wall outlet during thunder-

storms.

• Never replace a damaged connection cable on the power pack.

• Never pour any liquid onto electric appliances. There is a very

high risk of fire or mortal electric shock. In case any liquid is spil-

led on the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the power

source immediately and contact an expert.

• This appliance does not belong into the hands of children. There-

fore, supervise your children when operating the appliance in

their presence.

• Do not expose the appliance to high temperatures, strong vibrati-

ons or high degrees of humidity as well as heavy mechanical strain.

• Please contact an expert in case you have any doubts about the

mode of operation or the safety of the appliance.

• Do not leave the packaging material lying around. Plastic foils or

bags and Styrofoam parts are dangerous for children.

Pas d´enregistrement possible:

• Le décodeur de la protection anti-piratage n´est pas alimenté en

courant (DEL POWER (1) ne s´allume pas) : Le bloc secteur n´est

pas enfiché ou la prise secteur n´est pas alimentée en courant ou

bien le connecteur de sortie de l´alimentation de secteur n´est pas

correctement enfiché dans la douille de connexion DC INPUT (7).

• L´enregistreur n´est pas commuté sur la position AV.

• Raccord incorrect ou câbles défectueux (voir ci-dessus).

La protection anti-piratage n´est pas éliminée :

• Le décodeur de la protection anti-piratage n´est pas alimenté en

courant (DEL POWER (1) ne s´allume pas, voir ci-dessus).

• Il n´y a pas eu de bande d´origine utilisée comme source à copier.

La protection contre le piratage ne peut plus être enlevée par une

copie. Ceci est propre au système.
