Ⅳ Loading and unloading vehicle
1. Use of the accessories
a) Dead car dolly- --- W hen one or more wheels ar e dead dur ing a collision. Put the
dolly under the dead wheels, this work should be done wit h a jack. And then
dr ive the car ont o the benc h wit h the pos sible equipment . (Figur e 4- 1)

b) Wheel st and --- - Adjust the ex tension bolt of the wheel stand. Find the right on
the wheel st and, and get the tw o bolt s on the wheel boss int o holes, then
fast en them with the nut s (F igure 4- 2)
c) Inst allat ion and us e of Winch
Take out the ax le of the pulling tower, ( Figure 4- 3) inst all the winch, then open
the swit ching then crank, loose the st eel wire. ( Figur e 4- 4)

2. Loading vehicle operation
A. Unlock the anchor ing bolt s on the plat f orm (F igure 5- 1). P ower on the
Electricity pump, and switch the switch bar to "PLATFORM" position (F igur e 5- 2). Posit ion
the loading ramp to it s right place (F igur e 5- 3), then dr ive the vehicle on, or pull it
on
with
ret ract or.

Caution:
1. Joint the power line before use the 220V electric pump. Please notice the rotating forward and
reverse of the electric machine.
2. Open the back door of the electric cabinet before use it. To find an oil filler point, filling 46#
anti-wear hydraulic oil –such as Shell, Mobil.
