4. Commissioning and Operation

After completion of the mowing

work or in case of cloggings:

Set F/R-gearshift to idle speed; the

mower is stopped, the sickle knife, how-

ever, continues rotating; in this way, clog-

ging is eliminated.

Pull clutch hand lever and engage

locking handle

Disconnect mowing drive at the shift-

ing lever.

Shut down engine

If during the works cleaning

should become necessary,

for reasons of safety, shut

down the engine; withdraw ignition

plug connector and wait until the

cutting system has come to a stand-

still.

When having touched obstacles,

check the sickle knife.
