Use the Bicycle

Take R8's main frame, front wheel and bike head from the box, unfold the kickstand (see Figure 1 - ①

arrow). Take down the protective jacket of front wheel disc brake, unscrew the nut, put centre shaft into front

wheel and put nut into centre shaft. Adjust it clockwise(seeFigure 2 - ② arrow). Take down the protective jacket

of front fork, put front wheel into slot (see Figure3 - ③ arrow), adjust the distance, tighten the locking handle

upward (see Figure4- ④ arrow) to fasten the front wheel. Remove the protective jacket of riser, push the bike

head to the vertical (see Figure 5- ⑤ arrow), and insert to the bike body (see Figure 5- ⑥ arrow), straighten the

head and adjust height, tighten the screws with hex wrench clockwise (see Figure 6- ⑦ arrow), and install the

screw hole caps of the accessory (see Figure 6- ⑧ arrow).

Install the pedals (See Figure 7), L for left and R for right. Please pay attention to the installation of the screw-

tooth. The left pedal is tightenedcounter clockwise, right pedal tightenedclockwise, and the recommended

pedaltorque is 35 ~ 40N.m. Put the saddle into the frame and adjust height accordingly (see Figure 8- ⑨ ). Tighten

the screws with hex wrench clockwise (see figure 9 - ⑩ arrow). Tighten the headlight with screws and nuts(see

figure 10), and install the male plug and female plug as the direction shown by the arrow (see figure 11).
